3. AI-Generated Content

When you use our AI design generation features:

• Generated designs are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time

• Design assets are stored using Vercel Blob Storage or Azure Blob Storage

• While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure

Chamuka DrawIt is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Our service providers operate globally, and by using Chamuka DrawIt, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
